Yes! We provide you with a list of our favorite wedding peeps when you tour the venue, but you are welcome to bring in whoever you choose.

We are excited to announce we can take care of your bar service with our in-house company Sunnyside Sips. We have a full liquor license so we can serve beer, wine and signature cocktails.

We allow up to 250 guests (including vendors and bridal party). The barn will accommodate 225 guests at tables.

Nope! That is all included and we take care of laundering the linens for you.

Yes! We’ll give you a list of motels we recommend as well as our favorite Airbnbs when you come for a tour. Ontario, Oregon is also an option - it is a larger town 20 miles away with several hotels.

No - we charge one price for your wedding day. You’ll get access to garden, barn, bridal suite, grooms’ room, decor and linens. The only “add-ons” we have are adding on the day before for set up and the day after for clean-up. This is only available for certain dates.

We require a $2000 deposit for peak season weddings and $1500 for March and November weddings.

We require the purchase of Eventsured or WedSafe Event Insurance for minimum liability coverage of one million dollars ($200 - $250). And though it’s not required, we highly suggest adding on a cancelation policy to make sure your vendor investments are covered should you have to cancel or postpone your wedding.

Kind of. We allow you to bring your pet for photos and the ceremony. We ask that you have someone who can take your pet during set-up, clean-up and the reception.
